At Glues, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
